Who we are
PROJECT 5 is a co-working space and learning studio in Singapore, operated by Tirama Pte Ltd from 5 Upper Aljunied Lane, #01-34, Singapore 367878. You can reach us any time at hello@project5.club.
What we collect
If you submit the apply form on the website, we collect:
- Your name or team name
- What you're looking for (hot desk, dedicated, studio, learning pass)
- Your track of interest (a.i., learning, lifestyle, or "still figuring")
- Your ideal start date
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, passwords, or any other personal data on this site. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising.
How we use it
Your application is emailed to our resident inbox and used only to reply to you about your visit, tour, or membership. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside PROJECT 5.
How long we keep it
We retain application emails for as long as needed to process and follow up on your enquiry, and to maintain records of your membership if you become a member. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hello@project5.club.
Third parties
The website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Form submissions are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to our private email inbox. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. No other third parties receive your data.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email hello@project5.club and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
