Using the site
You may browse this site and submit the apply form to enquire about membership, tours, and cohorts. By using the site you agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent applications or impersonate another person
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or its underlying infrastructure
- Scrape or republish content without our written permission
Content and intellectual property
All text, layout, design, photography, and code on this site are the property of PROJECT 5 or our licensors. You may share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the content without permission.
Applications and bookings
Submitting the apply form does not guarantee membership or a tour slot. We respond within 48 hours with a tour invitation, a cohort link, or a decline. Membership terms (pricing, access, house rules) are agreed separately at the point of joining.

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
